The Compagnie de Chauffage (semi-public company) supports Grenoble Alpes Métropole in its energy transition.
It manages the main district heating network in the Grenoble metropolitan area under a public service delegation contract, as well as the Grenoble Alpes Métropole incineration and waste-to-energy plant.
The company is also committed to this energy transition through engineering, consulting and associated services in energy efficiency.
Pioneer in energy distribution via a city-wide interconnected network which currently supplies the equivalent of nearly 100,000 dwellings, the Compagnie de Chauffage is constantly adapting to its ecosystem to densify its network.
Its innovative approach has resulted in an ever-greener energy mix, with 82% renewable and recovered energies.
