Head of the Photovoltaics Module Process Laboratory, CEA-Liten
Sunny perspectives of PhotoVoltaics – Latest innovations in heterojunction cell and module technology
✦ Thursday December, 1st – 9:50
Dr. Eszter Voroshazi received her Ph.D in 2012 from KULeuven in Belgium in field of thin-film solar cells, and their reliability study. She has previously worked at imec as Senior Researcher on Module technologies and reliability, and contributed to the definition of novel reliability standards as member of the IEC committee.
From 2015, she has been an R&D Manager of the PV Modules and Systems activities of imec focusing on novel interconnection technologies, integrated photovoltaics and physics-based energy yield simulation; and from 2019 taking the role of the Head of the Photovoltaics Division.
She has joined CEA-Liten in 2021 as head of the PV Module Process Laboratory focusing on novel module materials, module interconnection technologies for conventional and integrated PV modules from early concepts up to pilot-scale demonstration. She is the member of the Scientific Committee of several international conferences and the European Technology and Innovation Platform for Photovoltaics.
